ARCHEAN Technologies propose several services to carry you for your project from the study to the commissioning.

Acoustical studies

Before the installation of your systems, they enable the study of the infrastructure to equip. It also enables to fix which kind of solution is more appropriate regarding the needs and environment. .

After the commisionning, it enbales to check if the systems is compliant to the needs.

ARCHEAN Technologies is actually doing researches to create a new measurement instrument that will work in the noise and based on comprehension of the speech.

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Before any delivery on site, we can realise a Factory Acceptance Test in order to check every point of the system. This FAT is realised with the customer and the issue is completed with a FAT record.

Commisionning

We offer Site Acceptance Test/Commissioning once the system is installed on site. This is made with the customer and the issue is recorded with a FAT record.

Training

We offer training for the systems delivered.

Maintaining

We offer annual maintaining contract in order to do a general check of the system and update versions if needed. These can be remoted or standard.

Remote services

We offer two kinds of remote services : remote maintaince and remote intervention in case of emergencies.

After sales services

We have an after sales service for defective products we have supplied. Our products are uner warranty during two years.

Equipements are repaired in our workshop, it enables us to be reactive and reduce delays.
